Diane Hall, Executive Director

The Boards of Directors of Trinity Behavioral Care are proud to announce the appointment of Diane Godbolt-Hall, LPCS, LAC, CCS, MAC as Executive Director effective February 1, 2024. Mrs. Hall is a native of Marion County, employed by Trinity for over 30 years. Trinity serves as the Commission of Alcohol and Drug Abuse for Marion, Dillon, and Marlboro Counties and is a service provider for the SC- DAODAS. It has, for fifty years, provided prevention and treatment services to residents regardless of their ability to pay.

Diane holds a USC Psychology degree and a Master of Art in Counseling from Webster University.  Mrs. Hall is a graduate Francis Marion University’s Fred R. Sheheen Non-Profit Leadership Institute. She is a SC licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Addiction Counselor. Diane has provided care, developed programming, and supervised a full array of prevention and treatment for both adults and adolescents. Her most recent leadership positions were Director of Clinical Services, Director of Operations, and Deputy Director. Trinity’s integrated opiate response programming consisting of outpatient opiate use disorder counseling, Medication Assisted Therapy, community education, and real-time overdose response received national recognition from the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration and the White House’s Office of national Drug Control Policy as a model for rural communities. 

Mrs. Hall served on the SCAADAC Certification Commission (January 2008 to June 2014) and was recognized by the organization as its 2014 Counselor of the Year. She is a Northeast Rural Health Network board member, a member of the Marion-Mullins Rotary Club, Florence, SC Toastmasters, and served on the Pee Dee Coalition Advisor Council Committee (September 2009 to September 2010).

Donny Brock, Trinity Wellness Foundation CEO

William “Donny” Brock, Jr. currently serves as the Trinity Wellness Foundation CEO. Mr. Brock has over 25 years of experience in the addictions treatment field and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Health Services Administration.

Donny is a nationally and South Carolina-certified addictions counselor (NCAC II & CAC II). His many advanced clinical specialty trainings include: Systems of Clinical Supervision, David Powell; Motivational Interviewing Systems Development, Alan Lyme; and CENAPS Relapse Prevention Program Development, Terry Gorski and Tammy Bell.

Donny has served on a number of local boards: Marlboro Inter Agency Council (2013-Present), Behavioral Health Services Association (2013-Present); Behavioral Health Services Foundation (2014-Present); South Carolina Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (President 2004-2006); and Southeast Addiction Technology Transfer Center Advisory Board (2004-2006).
